Checking in and out
times
Turn around day is Monday however during early and late
season we may consider alternatives. We can be fairly
flexible about this but broadly speaking, check-in time is
4pm (to allow cleaners to do their work) and check out time
is 10am. If your return flight is later in the day, you will
be able to leave your bags in our store room and dependent
on next guest arrival time have use of the downstairs
bathroom and use the pool area, but please be aware that the
cleaners have to prepare the villa for the next guests.
Discounts may be available for bookings at short notice,
please contact us for availability.
The villa can be booked during the Autumn and Spring months
when the weather is more comfortable for walkers. The pool
will be closed between November and May and you may find the
choice of restaurants and bars may be reduced at this time.

Please note that a non refundable deposit of £150 per week
is required on booking
The full balance is required eight weeks prior to departure.
Payments can be made by personal cheque or bank transfer.

Flights and Transfers
The nearest airport is Dalaman (DLM) approximately 90 minute
transfer time to Kalkan.

Note UK residents are required to pay £10 per person for a
visitors visa on arrival in Turkey. Other nationals should
check their own visa requirements before traveling.
Airport transfers to the villa take approx 90 minutes.
Transfers can be arranged as required. The cost is
approximately £60 each way.
Driving in Turkey is extremely easy. But please adhere to
speed limits. Traffic on main roads tends to be fairly light
(compared to the UK) however around major towns it tends to
be much busier.
We can organise car hire in Kalkan either for the length of
your stay or for one or two days. Prices depend on time of
season, length of hire and type of vehicle. Prices start
around £24 per day.
If your preference is to pick up and drop off a car at the

company a number of times in the past and they have given
good service and pricing. The journey from the airport to
Kalkan is an easy one and we can provide directions as
