Villa Kismet is a
spacious four bedroom property boasting beautiful gardens
and stunning sea views overlooking the harbour and village.
It is a unique property in the fact that although situated
in the heart of the village it has a private pool unlike
many properties in this area. It is in a peaceful location
but remains within easy walking distance of Kalkan shops,
restaurants, beach and local amenities. The property is
extremely spacious, has a large living area, roof terrace
with own kitchen facilities as well as equipped modern
kitchen on the ground floor. All four bedrooms are en-suite
and all have private balconies with sea views. The pool area
has a wooden pergola and seating area and plenty of
surrounding space. The main garden includes a raised wooden
pergola surrounded with numerous colourful bougainvillea,
cactus and fig trees. From here the sea views are perfect
for taking in the early evening sun and watching the
numerous boats returning to the harbour. |

Bedrooms
Bedrooms 1 and 3 consist of a double bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 4 consist of twin beds.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned, en-suite, mosquito nets,
wardrobes and dressing tables and a balcony with
sea views.
Bathrooms
All en-suite bathrooms include free standing shower, WC and wash basin.
There is also a further bathroom on the ground floor including WC and
wash basin.
Kitchen
The light and airy kitchen includes cooker, hob, fridge freezer,
dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and
toaster. It also includes an electronic water
cooler.
Living Room
The property boasts a very spacious living room, with TV, DVD player and
real open fireplace. It also includes a double
sofa bed. There is a large dining table and
chairs to one side which can be used inside or
out in the summer season. |

Other
The property has a roof terrace with its own kitchen area. The views from
here are quite stunning taking in the harbour,
village and Taurus Mountains.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service
Towels and bed linen are included. These are changed twice weekly. The
property is cleaned twice weekly. The pool and
garden is maintained on a daily basis including
a rubbish collection.
Outside
The pool is for guests use only and its surrounding area is spacious and
consists of sun beds, umbrellas and pergola
seating area. There is a beautiful wooden
pergola with table and chairs in the main garden
as well as the pool side pergola. The gardens
are rich in fruit trees, bougainvillea and
numerous colourful plants.

Coast and beach
Villa Kismet is within an easy 3 minute walk to the local beach. The
local beach has wonderful facilities for
children including water sports, cafe,
restaurants and a child’s play park. The sea
here is very safe and a beautiful clear
turquoise colour. All other beaches, including
Kaputas Beach and Patara Beach are within easy
driving distance of 20 minutes. Patara Beach is
especially famous for its 18km of golden sand
and is home to loggerhead turtles. |

Distances
The village of Kalkan is within a very easy walking distance of 2
minutes. It has a weekly Thursday market with a
huge variety of fresh vegetable and local
produce. The town of Fethiye is a driving or bus
distance of 40 minutes and has beautiful harbour
and huge variety of shops. It also has a daily
fish market. The neighbouring town of Kas is
worth a visit with a Friday market each week and
the journey boasts stunning views.. |
