Villa Mercan consists
of two apartments which can be let as a whole or
individually. It is situated on the hillside in Kisla, on
the east side of Kalkan. The sea and beach are 5 minutes
from the villa. The beach area is ideal for swimming and
snorkelling.
The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms. 1 double and 1
twin both are air conditioned. There is a good sized kitchen
/ lounge area which leads on to the terrace. The bathroom
has shower, washbasin and WC. The first floor apartment has
2 air-conditioned bedrooms. 1 double en-suite with balcony.
1 twin/triple (z-bed which can be utilised) The lounge
/kitchen is a spacious area with balcony overlooking the bay
and islands. The villa has a roof terrace and is tastefully
decorated throughout.
